Individual consultations for businesses
Talk through your case with an authorised accountant
I run individual consultations for owners of small and medium businesses in Norway. I specialise in international company matters, tax and optimisation - where a generic answer is not enough and the decision costs real money.

What I can help with
I consult first and foremost in the areas I have worked with daily for over a decade.
International company matters
Operations across several countries, tax residency, avoiding double taxation, posting employees abroad, cross-border settlements and cooperation between a Norwegian company and foreign entities.
Tax and optimisation
ENK or AS, salary or dividend, taking profit out of the company, costs and deductions, MVA and planning the tax year. I propose solutions that are legal and beneficial for your wallet.
Advice for small and medium businesses
Company structure and growth plans, conversions, buying or selling shares, profitability assessment, preparing for an audit, and questions that cannot be settled in a single email.
Anything else
The list above is where my expertise runs deepest - but it is not a closed door. If your case is not here, get in touch anyway: usually I can help, or point you straight in the right direction.
The anatomy of your hour
What exactly you pay for across those 60 minutes. The better the description I get up front, the more of the hour is left for the conversation.
Case analysis
I go through your email and documents, check the regulations and prepare my conclusions.
Online consultation
Your questions, alternative solutions, risks and my recommendation.
How a consultation works
I usually recommend the same approach - it means you pay for analysis and answers, not for bringing me up to speed during the call.
- 01
An initial outline by email
Before the meeting I ask for a short description of your case by email, along with any documents that may matter. It does not have to be long - the core of the problem and what you already know is enough.
- 02
Analysis and review of the case
I go through the material, check the regulations and prepare my conclusions. This usually takes 15-30 minutes, and that time is part of the billed hour.
- 03
Online consultation
The rest of the hour goes to the conversation: specific questions, alternative solutions, risks and my recommendation. We meet online at a time that suits you.
Billing
Rate
3 000.
NOK net / h
The consultation is billed hourly, based on the time actually spent.
- 01I bill the total time: reviewing the case, analysing your email and the online consultation itself.
- 02A typical hour splits into 15-30 minutes of analysis, with the rest left for the conversation.
- 03Every started hour is billed - though in most cases one is enough.
- 04The rate is net, excluding MVA.
- 05The wait for an appointment is usually up to a few days.
Describe your case - I will come back with a time
Send an initial outline of your case to my address and I will reply with a proposed time and an estimate of how long the analysis will take.
